Ok. I bought a inet.top.box from a friend who got it from Ebay
something.
I own a webTv, but I want something I could also keep my current ISP on.
I got it from my friend and found that I'm not really fond of what it
can do, but I see that it has a TV corder function. I have a 386
computer with a broken monitor that can't get VGA or EGA graphics modes.
So all I can do with my computer is DOS programs. And I don't want to
buy a new monitor. So I've tried hooking up my computer to the set top
box, but the screen on the TV converted from the PC scrolls like the
Vhold is messed up.

I need to get a program to fix this that was supposed to come with the
box, the file is called DOSNTSC.EXE, also there are other setup files
that came on the setup disk for Windows, but for now I need the DOS
file. 

Does anyone on this list have a setup disk?
